Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help ensure the physical aspects of the community meet standards and support the service team in daily upkeep. You will respond to maintenance requests and assist with make-ready tasks to keep common areas and amenities in top condition.

This role requires standing/walking, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspects community to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across common areas and amenities.
• Removes trash and cleans storage areas; assists make-ready process.
• Executes minor service requests as directed by Service Supervisor/Community Manager.
• Changes locks as required and ensures pool area gates function safely.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates hazards to supervisors.
• Provides courteous resident service and responds to maintenance questions and complaints.
