Job summary

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a full-time New Development Project Manager to lead ground-up projects in Midvale, Utah. You will serve as the owner's representative from handoff through occupancy, delivering communities that become homes.

You will manage 2–4 active projects, run weekly OAC meetings, track budgets and schedules, handle change orders, and coordinate turnover to operations while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in construction project management and owner representation.
• Strong command of schedules, budgeting, cost control, and contracting.
• Ability to read construction documents, plans, and specs and assess progress and quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day owner's representative from handoff to occupancy.
• Manage a portfolio of roughly 2–4 ground-up projects.
• Lead weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and drive decisions.
• Build and manage project schedules and identify delays early.
• Track budgets, contingencies, and forecast-at-completion.
• Prepare monthly draws and review contractor pay apps.
