Stellar Senior Living is seeking a full-time New Development Project Manager to lead ground-up projects in Midvale, Utah. You will serve as the owner's representative from handoff through occupancy, delivering communities that become homes.
You will manage 2–4 active projects, run weekly OAC meetings, track budgets and schedules, handle change orders, and coordinate turnover to operations while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
