Job summary

Stellar Senior Living in South Jordan, UT is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to oversee operations at our large senior living community and coordinate resident care under the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care Director. You will hire and mentor CNAs and Caregivers, ensure compliance with care regulations, and manage schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a caregiver in Assisted Living.
• Minimum 2 years of management/leadership experience.
• Scheduling experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, lead and mentor CNAs and Caregivers.
• Ensure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care.
• Create schedules and approve timecards.
