Job summary

NRP Group is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site multifamily construction in Raleigh. Under the Project Superintendent, you will help manage schedules, safety, quality, and vendor coordination to meet project goals.

You will support daily field operations, maintain documentation, and work with subcontractors and municipalities. A high school diploma and 2+ years in multi-family construction are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; construction-related education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing multi-family construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Proven scheduling and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office for project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production schedules and maintain site documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Ensure work aligns with design, scope and project commitments.
• Enforce safety standards, inspect for hazards, and report incidents.
• Assist in budgeting and material management for the project.
• Maintain project files and effective communications with the project team.
