Qualifications

• 3+ years in ground-up, multi-family projects ≥100 units.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and interpreting plans, specifications, drawings, contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the superintendent in managing on-site personnel and safety.
• Support overall site management from inception to final acceptance.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with budgets and deadlines.
• Maintain project schedule and ensure proper sequencing of activities.
• Coordinate with superintendent to meet milestones and design changes.
