Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up commercial projects.
• Proficient with Procore or similar project management software.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and PM skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred; PMP a plus.
