Job summary

Jobot in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial and retail construction projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets, and quality control to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, or New Construction Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
• Proven experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects.
• Proficient in using Procore project management software or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
