Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-scale, ground-up construction projects in Milwaukee, WI. You will manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management or similar role.
• Experience with Procore or similar PM tools is preferred.
• Ability to lead projects from planning to completion with strong budgeting and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and implementation.
• Utilize Procore to track progress, manage documents, and communicate with team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and the project team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with specs.
