Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction PM, APM, or PE experience preferred.
• Experience with General Contractor environments and leading multi-scope projects.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
• Manage all scopes and maintain client relationships in a lean PM model.
• Engage in scheduling, cost control, subcontractor buyout/management, and construction docs.
