Job summary

Jobot in Milwaukee is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our design-build team. You will assist with coordinating construction projects from start to finish, working closely with senior project managers and field staff to ensure quality, safety, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Construction Management or related field and 1–3 years of experience; proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a project assistant or coordinator role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and terminology.
• Familiarity with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, with ability to identify problems and suggest solutions.
• Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations is a plus.
