• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on ground-up construction.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Knowledge of change order management, subcontractor coordination, invoicing and billing, and project budgeting and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
