Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Manassas, VA, from planning through closeout. This on-site role requires managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships while coordinating with field teams to deliver high-quality projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ground-up and renovation work, strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.

Formación

• Construction project management experience with a general contractor or construction manager.
• Experience managing commercial ground-up construction and renovation projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontractor scopes.
• Experience developing and managing project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reports.
• Experience creating, monitoring, and updating construction schedules.
• Experience managing subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, contract negotiations, and buyout.
• Ability to coordinate owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of jobsite safety practices and quality control procedures.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and negotiation skills.
