Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing ground-up construction.
• Experience managing projects of $10M+ and understanding budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout, and financial performance.
• Manage subcontractors, contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
