Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Top Regional General Contractor to lead large, ground-up projects across the region. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, manage budgets, and negotiate contracts while coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management for ground-up construction, PMP preferred, and a track record of driving on-time, on-budget outcomes in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in ground-up construction.
• Experience in budgeting, risk management, and contract management.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from planning to completion.
• Manage project budgets within financial parameters.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage contractor relationships.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure timely completion.
• Resolve project-related issues or disputes promptly.
• Maintain clear project documentation including contracts and reports.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment.
