Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in sourcing, procurement, contract negotiation, and contract administration within ground transportation or related travel operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contract items concurrently.
• Experience in corporate or multi-stakeholder environments with remediation and execution of MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and extensions.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and remediate MSAs, one-off agreements, SOWs, extensions, amendments, and related contract documents and coordinate internal review and execution.
• Gather, validate, and review data related to vendor spend, contract coverage, and pricing to identify gaps and risks.
• Track contract expirations, renewals, and extensions and maintain accurate documentation for proactive execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, port partners, brand stakeholders, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Operations to resolve documentation or execution issues.
• Maintain centralized contract records, update trackers, and prepare status updates for leadership meetings.
