Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Director, Strategic Sourcing - Indirect in South Florida. You will lead cross-brand strategic sourcing across marketing and onboard revenue categories, driving multi-year category strategies with executive stakeholders.

In this high-impact role, you will oversee $500M-$750M annual spend, build high-performing teams, and deliver enterprise-wide sourcing value through rigorous analytics, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, finance, supply chain, or equivalent field.
• CPSM or related certifications preferred but not required.
• Proven strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence and engage across organizational levels with results.
• Proven multi-tasking and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives across Indirect spend and Onboard Revenue categories.
• Partner with executives to align procurement strategy with business aims and optimize cost, service, and risk.
• Manage $500M-$750M annual spend and supervise Sr. Managers/Managers.
• Develop 3–5 year multi-year category roadmaps and govern supplier relationships.
