Job summary

Vantor is advancing the frontier of space sensing through MBSE-driven engineering and systems integration. This role focuses on developing, integrating, and managing technical requirements and interface definitions for high-assurance space systems in collaboration with government and industry partners.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, advise senior leaders on design and test strategies, and oversee design reviews and verification activities to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• 4+ years of experience working on large-scale systems engineering, integration, and development programs.
• 2+ years leading a team in developing and managing technical specifications, ICDs, CONOPS, architectures, and integration/test plans.
• Experience leading requirements and interface management for a major program.
• Experience coordinating and presenting technical changes across large stakeholder groups through review boards.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and manage Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and MBSE products.
• Provide technical advice to senior program managers and executives on space system and segment design and test issues to inform major program decisions.
• Perform systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews, technical evaluations, and requirements verification.
• Analyze problems, develop technical reports, make recommendations, and work with government and corporate stakeholders to implement solutions.
