Vantor is seeking an experienced Satellite & Ground Systems Engineer to lead and sustain systems engineering across space and ground programs. You will define mission concepts, develop ConOps, capture stakeholder needs, and ensure traceability from concept through verification and deployment.

The role emphasizes architecture development across hardware, software, and operations, requiring strong collaboration, rapid problem solving, and rigorous technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional systems engineering experience on complex aerospace or multi-disciplinary programs.
• Experience developing and tracing requirements across lifecycle.
• Experience with ConOps, operational scenarios, and mission threads.
• Knowledge of MBSE and SysML throughout the system lifecycle.
• Strong cross-disciplinary collaboration and excellent communication skills.
