Vantor is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Space Systems to lead the execution of one of our most advanced space programs from system design through IOC. You will integrate engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, launch prep, mission operations, and customer stakeholders into a single executable program.

Success requires balancing technical understanding with exceptional execution, anticipating issues early, and driving cross-functional teams toward critical milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, CS, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of technical program management or related leadership in aerospace.
• Experience delivering spacecraft, satellites, or launch vehicle systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across engineering and suppliers.
• Knowledge of spacecraft development lifecycle from design to operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of a space program from design through IOC.
• Coordinate internal and external teams across spacecraft, payload, launch prep, and mission ops.
• Balance technical decisions with execution to meet milestones.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Travel to customer locations, suppliers, and launch sites as needed.
