Job summary

Vantor is seeking a systems engineer with clearance to develop and manage technical documents and MBSE artifacts for space sensing programs. You will work with government and industry stakeholders to ensure design integrity and mission readiness.

The role requires at least 4 years in large-scale SE programs, experience leading requirements and interface management, and solid MS Office/Jira/Confluence skills. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• 4+ years on large-scale systems engineering, integration, and development programs.
• 2+ years leading a team in development and management of technical specifications, ICDs, CONOPS, and test plans.
• Experience coordinating changes across large stakeholder groups through review boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and manage TRDs, ICDs, and MBSE products.
• Provide technical advice on space system design and test issues.
• Analyze problems, prepare technical reports, and coordinate with government and industry stakeholders.
