Job summary

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Ground Support Solutions Sales Representative in Elko, NV. This hybrid role requires three days in the Elko office and focuses on leading the sales strategy for Ground Support, managing a regional pipeline, and delivering revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will use value-based selling to translate product capabilities into customer outcomes, with responsibilities spanning forecasting, account planning, tenders, and close collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical solutions using a value-based approach.
• Ability to manage the opportunity pipeline and forecast with discipline.
• Strong engagement with senior customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue within designated sales region.
• Own the opportunity pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain senior customer relationships and conduct business reviews.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and provide regular forecasting updates.
• Prepare tenders and proposals in line with Sandvik policies.
