Job summary
Trusted Space, LLC is seeking a Ground Segment Integration Engineer to support the Space Development Agency's Tranche 3 Program Integration. The role involves acting as liaison to the ground segment contractor, monitoring interface development, and advising Government Systems Engineering on progress.
The candidate will collaborate on ICDs, interface maturation, and inclusion of new interfaces to meet mission milestones, while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies for ground
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's or Master's in engineering/IT with 12–14+ years of relevant experience in ground systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in government/contractor environments.
- Experience with cloud-based ground systems (AWS C2S/SC2S) and DevSecOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Act as Program Integrator Liaison to the Ground Segment development contractor.
- Monitor interface development, testing, and software deployment; advise on progress.
- Collaborate on ICDs, interface maturation, and inclusion of new interfaces for mission closure.
- Identify risks and assist with mitigation strategies for ground systems.
- Support verification, validation, and deployment of ground solutions to operations.
- Support readiness and major program reviews to evaluate ground readiness.
