Job summary

SAIC seeks an experienced Mission Engineer to support the Space Development Agency's Tranche 3 Program Integration. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and offers work across Chantilly, VA, El Segundo, CA, or Colorado Springs, CO in a mission-focused, collaborative team.

The candidate will mature models and build scenarios capturing system-of-systems effects in complex environments, coordinating with government and industry partners to inform decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelors in Math, Science or Engineering with 14+ years or Masters with 12+ years of demonstrated system engineering experience.
• Requires active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience coordinating across space and ground segment organizations to ensure end-to-end mission performance.
• Strong modeling, simulation, and mission analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Developing RVTM for the Enterprise Requirements Document (ERD).
• Plan data aggregation from component programs and SDA/T3PI analysis to show ERD compliance.
• Review government scenarios to ensure T3 scenario consistency.
• Develop and briefing data packages with analysis results for government decision-makers.
• Collaborate with primes, government civilians, and SDA/DoD/NRO customers.
