Job summary

SAIC seeks an experienced Mission Engineer to support the Space Development Agency's Tranche 3 Program Integration. This on-site role in Colorado Springs requires an active TS/SCI clearance and deep experience across space and ground segments.

You will develop and analyze mission models, run simulations, and deliver data packages to government stakeholders. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 12+ years (or 14+ years for Bachelor's) of demonstrated system engineering and integration experience in space/DoD/NRO programs.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Experience coordinating across space and ground segments to meet end-to-end mission performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop RVTM for the Enterprise Requirements Document (ERD).
• Plan data aggregation from programs, SDA, and T3PI analysis to show ERD compliance.
• Review government scenarios to ensure consistency with T3 scenarios.
• Develop and brief data packages detailing analysis results for decision-makers.
• Collaborate with prime contractors, government civilians, FFRDC, SETA and SDA team members.
