Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business, or a related field.
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor in an airline or logistics setting.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with station labor relations, operations efficiencies, maintenance, facilities, safety, and security
• Oversee daily operations to meet company goals and customer expectations
• Coach staff and provide career development
• Impose disciplinary action for non-compliance as needed
• Understand and implement corporate policies and goals into daily workflows
• Manage a staff with varied duties
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
