• Must have laboratory experience including setting up, running, and reading lab tests and operating lab instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in English and clear communication with pathologists and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, trim, and process tissue specimens for microscopic examination by a pathologist.
• Identify and label specimens following SOPs and quality protocols.
• Produce accurate grossing notes with descriptive codes for pathologist review.
• Communicate with pathologists, transcription, and Lab Coordinator via email.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of lab equipment.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a clean, organized work area; restock supplies as needed.
