• Recruit, train, and supervise grooming staff; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Create efficient grooming schedules to maximize productivity and coverage.
• Monitor salon performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with store management to meet sales targets and salon objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and grooming recommendations.
