You will lead scheduling, coaching, and performance improvement, while upholding Petco standards and driving salon growth. This role requires leadership and hands-on grooming excellence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a professional groomer.
• 1-2 years salon management experience preferred.
• Strong communication with pet parents.
• Excellent knowledge of breed-specific grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead grooming salon operations and supervise salon staff.
• Deliver expert grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, and styling.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Ensure safety and well-being of pets, uphold Petco standards.
