Job summary

Pet-Pros-3 is seeking an accomplished and motivated Grooming Instructor to supervise and instruct a team of grooming apprentices within a salon environment. This role blends advanced technical instruction with hands-on grooming and KPI-driven results.

The ideal candidate is a master-level groomer who can teach, supervise, and lead our next generation of Groombar talent, ensuring high standards and supportive mentorship across the program.

Qualifications

• Must be a master-level groomer with teaching ability.
• Experience supervising grooming staff or students preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills and passion for mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical skills training for a group of grooming apprentices.
• Ensure apprentices groom to Groombar standards and meet KPI goals upon graduation.
• Conduct student grooming and written examinations.
• Train new Lead Groomers in the job in collaboration with leadership.
• Act as interim supervisor for bathers and groomers when needed.
