You will manage schedules, coach team members, and drive performance while maintaining the highest grooming standards. The role offers growth opportunities through Grooming Mentor and Instructor tracks, with weekend/evening shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years grooming experience and leadership exposure.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage salon operations and scheduling.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily grooming salon operations and staffing.
• Recruit, train, and supervise grooming staff; provide coaching.
• Create efficient grooming schedules to optimize capacity.
• Monitor revenue, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.
• Collaborate with store management to achieve sales and salon goals.
• Perform expert grooming services per pet parent instructions.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment sanitation.
