Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply seeks candidates for the Paragon training program to prepare for grooming and bathing careers. The program combines hands-on practice, book work, online exams, videos, and photo submissions across Level 1 and Level 2 with safety and pet care training.

Successful completion earns grooming tools; store tools are provided during the program. Shifts vary and may include evenings, weekends, and overtime to complete training.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working with dogs and cats and show compassion for animals.
• Tools will be provided while enrolled in Paragon training.
• Paragon Level 1 (5–8 weeks) and Level 2 (10 weeks) training required.

Responsibilities

• Follow Petsense by Tractor Supply mission and values with regular attendance.
• Work shifts including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed during training.
• Perform training duties across Level 1 and Level 2 requirements and submit progress photos.
• Assist in generating business by engaging customers and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain safe, sanitary grooming areas and proper records for clients.
