Job summary

Amazon in Hudson, MA is seeking an Operations Program Manager to join the GRAISE team, driving fielded technology performance metrics, supply chain coordination, and cross-functional process improvements.

You will own demand planning for tech hardware, oversee manufacturing operations, and coordinate releases with Retail Operations and Store teams to optimize cost, quality, and time-to-market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, plus risk and critical path management.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (agile to waterfall).
• Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead our team and develop new, efficient processes in fielded tech performance measurement and reporting.
• Coordinate manufacturing operations oversight and logistics for tech hardware.
• Centralize demand planning and inventory for store tech hardware.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments and customs for Graise and CM partners.
• Coordinate RMA requests and provide routing decisions for field tech failures.
