• Works with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assists Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports and labor.

• Maintains vendor relationships and handles paperwork for vendors.
• Implements standards of retail execution and customer service.
• Acts as point of contact in absence of Team Leader and leads team.
• Provides timely performance evaluations and fosters high morale.
