Responsibilities include maintaining vendor relations, leading a high-performance team, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk 6-8 hours
• Strong regulatory and safety policy knowledge

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Works with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assists Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports and labor.
• Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and maintains awareness of new products.
• Maintains vendor relationships and ensures paperwork for vendor processing is complete.
• Mentors and counsels Team Members to sustain a high-performance team.
• Communicates WFM vision and goals consistently.
