You will staff, train, and coach, promote internal career paths, handle disciplinary actions, and ensure a safe, friendly shopping experience with strong communication and accountability.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Ability to communicate to the team with clear direction.
• Ability to resolve conflicts by addressing root causes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze information.
• Willingness to mentor staff and lead various roles.

Responsabilidades

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning by providing career paths and development.
• Documents and enforces disciplinary actions and discharge recommendations.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and controlling shrink.
• Models exceptional, fast and friendly customer service.
• Ensures the team is trained and follows safety standards.
