Meijer Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations across store departments in Middleburg Heights. You will lead staffing, training, and development, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards.

You will mentor team members, manage schedules, analyze store performance, and drive sales while maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment and strong loss-prevention controls.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store such as meat, bakery, produce and deli; also customer service and product flow experience is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Staffing, selection and hiring to achieve staffing needs.
• Mentors and coaches the team members to ensure customer service and sales goals are exceeded and the area is maintained to Meijer standards.
• Promotes a safe work environment and ensures training is completed.
