Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze financial data for decisions.
• Experience mentoring team members and leading safety-focused operations.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentors and coaches team to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Ensure staffing and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning and career development.
• Document disciplinary actions and advise on discharge decisions.
• Responsible for P&L, sales achievement and shrink control.
• Maintain Meijer standards and ensure prime shopping hours and product presentation.
• Ensure team training and safety-focused environment.
• Spend most time in-store communicating with customers and team.
