Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with customer interaction skills.
• Proven leadership to motivate and maintain staff, with knowledge of margin reports.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized with planning skills to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Grocery team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Help lead a team to deliver high quality products and customer experience.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Grocery Team.
• Unload and sort store deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
