Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Familiarity with natural foods and alternative diets preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to walk up to 3 miles in 8 hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of following and giving direction.
• Proven leadership ability to build, motivate and maintain staff while monitoring reports and goals.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 60 lbs milk trays; move boxes up to 50 lbs; repetitive squatting/kneeling.

• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and Grocery team supervision.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, goals and teamwork.
