KJ's Market in Georgia is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and develop staff. You will oversee merchandising, customer service, budgeting, and compliance to fantastic standards across the store.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of progressive supermarket management experience, with a focus on growth, efficiency, and team development in a family-owned grocery environment.

• 3–4 years progressive supermarket management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain in-store sales-building culture with merchandising and weekly sales plans.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and front-end service excellence.
• Achieve budgeted financial results and protect store assets.
• Conduct weekly audits on front-end, receiving and pricing; manage shrink programs.
• Control store expenses and wage percent; monitor budget adherence.
• Staff the store: forecast needs, recruit, train, and develop hi-potential employees.
• Set performance expectations, review results, and conduct appraisals.
• Perform regular store walks to monitor conditions and opportunities.
• Train and develop store management, especially co-managers, for growth.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards store-wide.
• Foster positive morale, motivate staff, and promote a selling culture.
• Communicate effectively with District Manager, Support Staff and team.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and ALI audits.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and policies.
