Job summary

Kj’s Market in Georgia is seeking an experienced store manager to oversee operations, drive profitability, and lead a dedicated team. You’ll manage center store balance, scheduling, and training while upholding company standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of supermarket management experience; the ideal candidate will foster guest-focused service, ensure safety, and implement pricing audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 1–3 years supermarket management experience.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. consistently and 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Experience supervising staff, including training and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage FPI, DAX & center store balance on hand (BOH) and achieve budgeted results.
• Oversee total store operations in Store Manager's absence.
• Protect assets, merchandise, cash, facilities and equipment.
• Perform required shrink control, safety and policy compliance.
• Schedule labor for grocery department and assist staffing as needed.
• Lead and develop departmental staff with development plans for high-potential employees.
• Execute weekly pricing audits, pull lists, ad checks, and ALI self-audits.
