Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1–3 years supermarket management experience.
• Ability to work well with others and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage FPI, DAX & center store balance on hand; achieve budgeted results and support the Store Manager.
• Oversee total store operations in Store Manager's absence.
• Protect assets, merchandise, cash, facilities and equipment.
• Ensure shrink controls and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Schedule department labor effectively and may perform staffing duties.
• Train departmental staff; develop high-potential and promotable individuals.
• Execute weekly pricing audits, pull lists, ad checks and monthly self-audits; foster a selling culture.
• Maintain a safe guest environment; perform additional duties as assigned by Store Manager.
