Qualifications

• 3 years in a retail grocery supervisory or management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to coach, motivate, and collaborate with others.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Customer-first mindset and understanding of how service, merchandising, and teamwork contribute to sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team: Train, motivate, and provide feedback to a team of approximately 30–36 full-time and part-time associates.
• Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily store execution.
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Monitor grocery inventory, deliveries, shelf replenishment, and the freshness of perishable and nonperishable products.
• Keep shelves and displays organized, well-stocked, and appealing.
• Help drive sales, monitor expenses, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist store leadership in working with vendors to maintain product quality and availability.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and reinforce company policies and health and safety requirements.
• Support store management with additional responsibilities as needed.
