Job summary

You will work in a fast-paced store environment, perform stocking, data entry, and adhere to Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines. The position supports store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Maintain proper merchandise levels and backroom inventory.
• Keep shelf allocations per plan-o-grams and ensure proper placement of new items.
• Ensure back stock is properly maintained and items are ordered, received, prepared and displayed per guidelines.
• Follow ACIS and CAO processes and adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
