• Smiles and greets customers, answers questions and helps resolve concerns promptly in a polite, professional manner.
• Applies proper stocking techniques to ensure products are properly located with correct prices and signs.
• May assist with receiving, unloading, checking-in, and storing deliveries with proper training.
• Handles damaged or discontinued items according to policy and removes unsellable products.
• Maintains department sanitation and adheres to health/OSHA requirements; disposes of trash.
