Weis Markets in Brunswick, MD is seeking a part-time Grocery Sales Associate to keep the grocery department stocked and organized while engaging customers with a friendly, helpful attitude. You will build product displays, ensure correct pricing, and assist with deliveries and backroom organization to support store operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to sanitation standards, and safe handling of merchandise. Training is provided, with PPE supplied as needed.

Qualifications

Completed or working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

Keeps Grocery department stocked, organized and appealing to meet customer demands and maximize sales.
Build displays to drive incremental sales.
Smiles and greets customers, answers questions and resolves concerns politely and promptly.
Applies proper stocking techniques and ensures products are in saleable condition with correct prices and signs.
May assist with receiving, unloading, checking-in, breaking-down and storing deliveries.
Handles damaged or discontinued items per company policy.
Maintains sanitation, follows cleaning schedules and health/OSHA guidelines.
Uses PPE as required.
