• Smiles and greets customers, answers questions and resolves concerns promptly.
• Applies proper stocking techniques; ensures correct prices and signs.
• Assists with receiving, unloading, checking-in deliveries or stocking as trained.
• Maintains sanitation and PPE, follows cleaning schedules and health/OSHA rules.
