Weis Markets, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Grocery Associate at our Maryland location. You will stock, organize, and present products to attract customers, build displays, and ensure freshness and correct pricing. You’ll greet shoppers, answer questions, resolve concerns, and assist with deliveries as trained.

This role emphasizes sanitation, adherence to health and safety standards, and collaboration with teammates to maintain efficient store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Completed or working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to perform essential duties in a retail/grocery setting.

Responsibilities

• Keeps the Grocery department stocked, organized and appealing to meet customer demands.
• Builds displays to drive incremental sales and rotates merchandise for freshness.
• Greets customers and resolves questions or concerns in a polite, professional manner.
• Assists with receiving, unloading, and stocking deliveries with proper equipment training.
• Maintains sanitation and follows health, safety, and company guidelines.
• Follows security policies and maintains product pricing and signage accuracy.
• Cooperates with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth department operations.
