• Smiles and greets customers, answers questions, and resolves concerns politely and professionally.
• Assists with receiving, unloading, and stocking deliveries as trained.
• Maintains sanitation and meets health/OSHA guidelines; cleans and maintains areas and equipment.
• Follows safety rules and uses PPE as provided.
